Groupe Pro-B is seeking a skilled Welder-Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and welding metal structures to meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Literally and interpret plans, work orders, drawings, and specifications related to the job;
  • Operate and feed metal profiling machines and the IMG machine;
  • Install, assemble, adjust, and secure all parts, components, or accessories associated with the structure;
  • From drawings or other useful specifications, assemble or reassemble metal components;
  • Heat-treat or mechanically straighten parts to be assembled or already assembled;
  • Meet the company's quality standards and report any non-conformities to the supervisor.

Requirements and Qualities

  • Hold a DEP in welding and assembly;
  • Be able to work in a team and demonstrate positive leadership;
  • Have the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks;
  • Be a good communicator;
  • Have good listening skills and a collaborative spirit;
  • Be autonomous, rigorous, and organized;
  • Have good problem-solving skills.
