Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Classifier Milling Systems Cor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient inventory management, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure optimal performance
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment
  • Proven track record of improving productivity and product quality
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Inventory control software experience
  • HACCP knowledge
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word skills
  • Quick Books experience
