About the Role

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy staff to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications
  • Manage inventory levels to meet patient needs and control costs
  • Counsel patients on new and additional medications in a friendly and professional manner
  • Create awareness and educate customers through public health initiatives and clinics
  • Provide timely and positive resolution to patient needs and doctor requests
  • Review and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management skills and ability to motivate and coach others
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience formulating and executing action plans
