- Promote Franklin Empire Inc.'s products and brand image to increase visibility and market share.
- Evaluate and manage business opportunities and potential projects to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal sales and purchasing departments to provide solutions to customers and retain business.
- Deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Optimize travel to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with technical requirements of products and changes in the market.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the electrical field or a combination of studies and experience related to the position.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Bilingualism (English and Spanish).
- Availability to travel.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Office software.
