Job Description

As a Monitoring Center Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer equipment under service contracts. You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs such as Performance, Weight, Quality, and Energy, and identifying potential issues. Your strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities will enable you to troubleshoot and provide solutions for detected issues, and share your findings with the A+ Program Manager. Additionally, you will contribute to weekly report content for the A+ Program Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor KPIs such as Performance, Weight, Quality, and Energy, and identify potential issues.
  2. Interpret data, compare against established limits, and prioritize concerns.
  3. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for detected issues.
  4. Share findings with the A+ Program Manager and escalate if necessary.
  5. Contribute to weekly report content for the A+ Program Manager.

Requirements

* Post-secondary education (college or university degree)
* 5-10 years of experience in the Injection Molding Industry with an emphasis on service
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of Injection Molding Process
* Ability to proactively assess and mitigate system state changes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
* Ability to interface effectively across manufacturing, engineering, and service functions
* Computer skills and knowledge of Windows-based applications
