Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Partap Immigration Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our services and attract new clients.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the management of contracts with clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our business services, including advertising, public relations, and social media.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases: Craft and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to effectively communicate our services and achievements.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Plan and Direct Advertising Campaigns: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, ensuring they achieve their business goals.
  • Assist in Preparation: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to support our marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness of our services and attract new clients.
  • Initiate and Maintain Contact: Establish and maintain contact with the media, ensuring our services are effectively promoted through various channels.
  • Prepare Educational Programs: Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to support our marketing efforts.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale, ensuring they are satisfied with our services.
Requirements:
  • Market Research: Strong understanding of market research principles and practices.
  • Marketing: Proven experience in marketing, including advertising, public relations, and social media.
  • Media Relations: Excellent media relations skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with the media.
  • Public Relations: Strong public relations skills, with the ability to effectively communicate our services and achievements.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
