Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused receptionist to join our team at Kim's Hair Studio Edgemont Village. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing daily operations, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

This is a permanent opportunity with 40 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, and directing visitors to our salon areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and provide basic information about our services.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages to our stylists and management.
  • Process client information and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 months of experience in a customer-facing position. You should also possess strong computer skills, including MS Office, and be proficient in electronic mail.
