Role Overview

The Rutland UPCC is a multidisciplinary team comprised of family practitioners (FPs), nurse practitioners (NPs), registered nurses, social workers, medical office assistants, and an operational manager. Together, we strive to deliver comprehensive primary care services to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in leadership development opportunities through Interior Health's NAVIG8 Program.
Work Environment

The Rutland UPCC operates Monday to Sunday and statutory holidays from 09:00 to 21:00, offering urgent care services to the public. Our centre is located in a vibrant and diverse community, surrounded by parks and scenic views.

What We Offer
