Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a senior team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules

You will be responsible for creating efficient work schedules that meet the needs of our customers and staff. This includes planning and coordinating staffing levels, managing workload, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.

Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

You will oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, including training, coaching, and performance management. Your expertise will help ensure that all staff members understand their roles and responsibilities, and are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.

Train Staff in Job Duties

As a senior team lead, you will provide comprehensive training to new staff members, including job-specific duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols. Your goal is to empower staff with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

You will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards. This includes conducting regular quality checks, addressing customer complaints, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

You will oversee the management of inventory and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and storing products. Your attention to detail will help prevent stockouts, waste, and overstocking.

Prepare and Submit Reports

You will compile and submit regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction. Your analysis will help identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

You must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

1 Year to Less Than 2 Years of Experience

As a minimum requirement, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

Equivalent Experience

If you don't meet the above requirements, relevant experience in a similar industry or role may be considered equivalent.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $$$40,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
