At Speech Associates, we are seeking a skilled Supervising Speech Therapist to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to work independently as contract-based therapists, providing clinical services to children, youth, and adults requiring speech therapy.

We are looking for a highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologist with previous experience assessing various speech, language, and communication disorders. The successful candidate will demonstrate skills and knowledge of the conditions, needs, and areas of support pertaining to these populations.

The role involves providing clinical assessment and supervision services to clients referred based on your experience, preferences, and service delivery options. You will be required to review data, document progress through detailed SOAP notes on our online platform, Alayacare, and actively communicate with clients, Speech Therapy Assistants, and our service coordinators and staff.

Speech Associates is the largest Speech Therapy network in Ontario, proudly providing in-home and virtual speech and ABA therapy to clients of all ages and care needs across the province. Our team contracts over 100 clinicians, including Speech Therapy Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologists, ABA Therapists, and Board-Certified Behavioural Analysts.

Job Requirements
  • MSc in Speech-Language Pathology
  • 4+ years of previous experience working with clients in a Speech-Language Pathology capacity
  • Interest and experience working with the pediatric population, including children on the spectrum
