About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at Réno-Dépôt. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plumbing department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and replenishment processes to ensure optimal store conditions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Coach and develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales targets
