Job Title: Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our food services
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, including cash handling and balance sheets
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food services management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
