Job Title: Cleaning Specialist - Casual On Call

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team on a casual on-call basis. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring that our facilities are always clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain common areas, including kitchens, washrooms, and hallways
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Clean windows and dust surfaces
  • Take out and properly dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
  • WHMIS certification an asset
