About the Job

We are seeking a qualified long haul truck driver to join our team. As a long haul truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across various locations safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive trucks to transport goods across different locations
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good condition
  • Obtain necessary permits and documents required for international routes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Class 1 or A Driver's License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work extended periods, travel internationally, and overnight
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and sit for extended periods
