Responsibilities- Assist in preparing daily work records, including labour and equipment timesheets and receipts/invoices to be charged to clients.
- Collate physical supplier invoices for permanent storage.
- Accurately enter project expenses in the Kiewit system.
- Evaluate inspection reports and ensure they are filled out fully and correctly.
- Support the Project Administrator with preparation of monthly billing invoices.
- Exercise document control and organize scheduled submittals to clients.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key excel functions is preferred.
- Effective communication (both oral and written), organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for continuous improvement.
- Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in various climates and environments.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
