Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Juvie Palope. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Transportation and Travel: Travel expenses paid by employer, public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
Work Term and Language:

Permanent position, work language: English, 30 hours per week.
