About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Tillsonburg Physiotherapy Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized physiotherapy programs to promote optimal recovery and function.
  • Supervise and mentor technical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Teach and supervise patients in exercises and techniques to promote independence and optimal function.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Experience in physiotherapy is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
