Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Cook to join our team at Jungsoone Bonga. As an Assistant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Work SettingThe ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and be able to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
Work HoursThe work hours are 30 hours per week.
