Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quarterly global tax provision and support the overall group tax reporting effort.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including tax accounting, finance, and IR teams, to ensure timely and accurate provision reporting.
  • Assist in managing the group's global tax position from an international perspective.
  • Identify opportunities for tax optimization and monitor actions that could put Lenovo at risk.
  • Develop and implement the international tax model, advising business units on tax consequences of proposed transactions.
  • Implement tax internal control processes and ensure proper documentation of intercompany transactions.
  • Manage BEPS documentations requirements to mitigate potential tax audit exposure.
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Big 4 or Mid-tier public accounting firms, with emphasis on corporate MNC tax compliance and provision.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and international tax/transfer pricing work experience.
