Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing in-depth client assessments to evaluate employment readiness and life stabilization needs
  • Creating individualized Personalized Preparation Plans (PPP) that align with program standards
  • Providing one-on-one support and career counselling to review progress and address challenges
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop holistic support strategies
  • Facilitating workshops and group sessions to build client confidence and skills
Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A post-secondary diploma/degree in social work, career development, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in employment counselling, case management, or workforce development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
