Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team at Keem Waterproofing Inc. as a Waterproofer Helper. This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades with attention to detail.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pave and rake asphalt with a focus on smooth finishes.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials with a commitment to sustainability.
  • Perform routine maintenance work with a proactive approach.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants with a focus on environmental responsibility.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites with a strong sense of organization.
Work Environment

As a Waterproofer Helper, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. You will be exposed to dusty conditions and physically demanding tasks.

Requirements
  • Dependability and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
Language and Work Term

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
