About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at MA ELLA FELECIERTA. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Changing Rooms and Showers: Clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for our residents and staff.
  • Transportation and Travel: Travel expenses will be paid by the employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and patience.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
