Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Supply Chain Excellence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities, and develop business cases to secure stakeholder approval.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Conduct project post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in project management tools and software.
