Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Ghost Kitchens. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various financial accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and tax returns, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets to support business growth.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial operations role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Windows, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
