About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Caffe Artigiano. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items to customers.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform other duties as required to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
