**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction or related field
  • Hospitality experience in restaurant, hotel is desirable
  • 3-5 years of professional experience actively developing learning content across multiple platforms
  • Experience successfully deploying and sustaining learning projects and programs into production
  • Proficiency in authoring e-Learning software such as Articulate, Moodle, IsEasy, Camtasia or similar technologies
  • Experience in Learning Management Systems with gamification and micro-learning expertise
  • High level proficiency in using MS Office suite & web-based services such as WebEx, Teams, and similar technologies
  • Strong group facilitation & presentation skills at all levels
  • Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends with a potential of 15-20% travel

Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
