Policy DevelopmentEstablish and implement policies and procedures for financial services, including accounting, financial control, and risk management.
Credit and Loan ManagementOversee the assessment and authorization of credit and loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Reporting and AnalysisDevelop and maintain accurate financial reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or economics.
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in financial services management, with a proven track record of success.
LanguageFluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Hours35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
