Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves servicing stores weekday mornings and early afternoons, with no evenings or weekends required.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 to 20 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities- Cultivate relationships with in-store management to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the merchandising of impulse items displayed on clip strips & j-hooks in designated areas of supermarkets, as well as participating in merchandising resets and building retail displays.
- Implement plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and stock rotation to optimize store layouts and inventory.
- A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
- Someone who is comfortable in changing environments and possesses excellent organizational skills.
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
- Be able to lift up to 40 lbs and reside within 20 km of Prince Albert, with the ability to travel between stores.
- $17.00 to $17.50 per hour, providing a competitive income for this role.
