About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at King Star Drywall. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Installation Teams
    • Lead and direct drywall installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
    • Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards
    • Inspect drywall installations to ensure they meet company standards and regulations.
    • Ensure all team members follow health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage Materials and Equipment
    • Requisition and order materials and equipment as needed.
    • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent oral communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment

As a Drywall Installation Supervisor, you will work in a variety of construction sites, including commercial and residential projects. You will be required to work in a noisy environment and may be exposed to dust and other hazards.
