Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a premium guest experience for our chocolate-loving customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet guests with a warm smile and make them feel welcome in our store.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our chocolate products and make recommendations to guests to help them find the perfect Lindt delight.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the appearance of our store displays to ensure they are visually appealing to our guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Reliability: Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
