Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Little Steps Therapy Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audiometric tests and examinations, as well as developing and implementing remedial programs to correct speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audiometric tests and examinations to assess clients' hearing and speech abilities
  • Develop and implement remedial programs to correct speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Supervise technical and support staff to ensure effective program delivery
  • Establish personalized care plans working as a member of an interdisciplinary team
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss client progress and program development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
