About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Specialist to join our Maintenance team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing service plumbing duties, preventive maintenance on boiler systems, and installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic/residential plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service plumbing duties to ensure the efficient operation of our residential buildings;
- Maintain and repair boiler systems to extend their lifecycle and reduce costs;
- Install, repair, and maintain domestic/residential plumbing systems to ensure they meet building codes and specifications;
- Troubleshoot and set boilers to ensure optimal performance;
- Be part of our on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed;
- Provide completion reports by the end of each day;
- Assist with other related duties assigned by the Regional Manager or Facilities Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- You must hold a Journeyman Plumber ticket and a Gas ticket;
- You have working experience in service plumbing and boiler systems/hot water tanks/furnaces/MUA/pumps etc.
- A strong understanding of building codes and specifications is essential;
- You must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle;
- You must successfully complete a security clearance.

Salary Estimate
Based on your skills and experience, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and performance.
