Job Responsibilities
The Shipping Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our import and shipping activities by handling documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include:
- Remaining up-to-date on steel and aluminum tariff regulations and other relevant import policies.
- Ensuring that all shipping documents meet government and company compliance requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of import regulations and shipping processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word, as well as experience with ERP or shipping software.
