About the Opportunity:

Neighbourly Pharmacy, Canada's largest and fastest-growing network of community pharmacies, is seeking a highly skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Olds, AB. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Job Description:

• Focus on clinical services, including medication reviews, disease state management, and vaccine administration
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, follow up, and document patient outcomes
• Determine the appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor medication adherence
• Collect and document relevant patient, drug, and disease information
• Recommend OTC products and vitamins based on therapeutic knowledge and clinical analysis
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in the performance of restricted activities

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Injection certification required; additional Prescribing Authorization an asset

Location and Salary:

The successful candidate will be based in Olds, AB, T4H, Canada, with a competitive hourly salary range of approximately $50-$70 per hour, commensurate with experience.
