Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Trades Assistant to join our team at AULAK CONSTRUCTION LIMITED. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the calculation of crane capacities and the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and assist in demolishing buildings as needed.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and physically demanding conditions.
  • Dependability, team player, and hardworking attitude are essential for success in this role.
