## Medical Oncologist Opportunity

### Location: Calgary, AB

Western Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Centre is seeking a Board Certified Veterinary Medical Oncologist to join our small animal specialty, referral, and 24-hour emergency practice in Calgary, Alberta. Our hospital culture fosters teamwork and camaraderie, leading to delivering exceptional care to our patients and service to our clients, referring veterinarians, and our community.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide medical oncology services to small animals
* Collaborate with our team of specialists in Critical Care, Dermatology, Medical & Radiation Oncology, Radiology, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Anesthesia
* Participate in medical director, medical advisory board, special projects, and other leadership roles
* Support immigration, licensing, membership dues, and conference fees
* Enjoy flexible scheduling for a healthy work-life balance
* Utilize virtual health care (tele-medicine) for quick access to quality care
* Contribute to VCA Canada initiatives and give back to your community
