About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team at Hive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our core software applications, working closely with our customer success team to solve customer-impacting problems, and helping to grow our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software applications using a range of technologies, including Python, Django, and AWS.
  • Collaborate with our customer success team to identify and resolve customer issues, and to develop new features and functionality.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our engineering team, including mentoring and training junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and make recommendations for how we can leverage these to improve our products and services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience building production-grade software applications, with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Proven experience with a range of technologies, including Python, Django, and AWS.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
