Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Super 8 Abbotsford. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement effective housekeeping procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
