About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce & Mobile Development will lead the development of our mobile application, driving projects from both technical and business perspectives. This role requires expertise in both Salesforce and React Native components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage development projects, assessing needs and suggesting solutions based on best practices or innovative approaches.
  • Perform routine programming tasks according to project requirements, ensuring high-quality code and efficient data processing.
  • Review application design, workflow, and validation rules to guarantee that project requirements are met.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and test program coding prior to implementation to ensure the application's readiness for production.
  • Correct coding errors discovered during testing, documenting all changes made.
  • Collaborate with users and other developers to determine application goals or required modifications.
  • Work with stakeholders to resolve specific problems or make changes to applications.
  • Monitor deployed applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Delete unnecessary code scripts from our systems and applications as needed.
  • Conduct research on emerging programming trends, tools, languages, and standards.
  • Schedule and perform regular improvements, patches, fixes, and upgrades or maintenance.
  • Assist network administrators, analysts, and engineers in resolving issues with applications and software systems.
  • Oversee our Salesforce implementation, creating reports and dashboards, managing user access, and developing VisualForce and Apex components.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in React Native development.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
  • Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect or Application Architect experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working on the SFDC platform, with expertise in Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Project Management (PMP) certification would be beneficial.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP-based web services.
  • Working knowledge of integrated applications like Docusign, Mailchimp, Conga, Slack, and CRM analytics.
  • Experience with FinancialForce/Certinia would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
  • Direct experience with application programming languages like Java, .NET, Visual Basic 6, HTML, C++, J2EE, etc.
  • Programming experience with enterprise-level applications.
  • Ability to write clear and accurate technical instructions throughout the development process.
  • Ability to troubleshoot programming changes, errors, and subsequent modifications, collaborating with external resources when necessary.
  • Knowledge of computer flowcharts and reporting methods.
  • Able to stay current with Salesforce technological developments and trends, actively participating in the Salesforce Community.
  • Able to interpret operational requirements from end-users, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A self-starter with proactive tendencies and a willingness to integrate constructive feedback.
  • Effective deadline management and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with service level agreements and customer service standards.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to conduct presentations and work within our hybrid office environment.

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
