The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Dean, the School, Facilities, Information Technology Services, and The Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs to secure internal/external program approvals, implement the program structure, and advise on the construction of a learning space for a new Pharmacy Technician Program to be delivered in Fall 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft applications for internal and external program approvals, including applications to the College's General Academic Council, Advanced Education, and a self-study.
* Develop a program plan for a new Pharmacy Technician Diploma in line with The Canadian Council for the Accreditation of Pharmacy Program's new accreditation standards.
* Provide input and guidance on the construction of a new learning space, including a classroom and a sterile preparation lab for the Pharmacy Technician program.

Requirements:

* Licensed Pharmacy Technician required; Pharmacist preferred.
* 5 years of experience in managing or working in a pharmacy is required, and program/course development experience is an asset.
* Demonstrated project management skills required, including strong communication, planning, organization, and time management.
* The ability to work collaboratively and make positive contributions as a team member.
