Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the resort's goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and resort-specific procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or in a related field such as hospitality, tourism, or operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
