Job Summary
The Vice President of Clinical Services and Quality will play a key leadership role in driving the hospital's quality improvement initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned healthcare leader to join the hospital's executive team and contribute to its mission of providing exceptional care to the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the clinical services team
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to achieve hospital goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of clinical services professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Leadership preferred
- Minimum of five years of administrative and operations management experience in addition to significant experience in active nursing
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
