Software Test Engineering Manager

Job Summary:
PrimeSoft Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Test Engineering Manager to lead our software testing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective testing strategies, leading a team of test engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of test engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal team performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless testing and release processes.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain testing metrics and reports to track testing progress, identify trends, and inform testing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing management.
- Proficient in using testing tools relevant to the product and processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and software testing.
- Keenness to learn, introduce, and enhance new and existing testing practices.
- Experience in automation test development using Selenium framework and other automation tools.
- Experience in medical devices software test automation is a plus.
- Develop VnV protocols in the Healthcare domain and create test plans and strategies.
- Lead and oversee the test engineering team, offering guidance and support for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the business to address testing issues and streamline workflows.
- Provide comprehensive software testing support for critical projects, including test strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Implement project management tools and practices for effective software testing plans.
- Develop and maintain Automation Scripts and frameworks.
- Experience in data analysis with SSIS packages and SQL servers in the healthcare sector.
- Offer training and development opportunities for team members.
