Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Smoke on the Water. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to meet sales targets.
- Staff Management: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise to ensure our inventory levels are optimal.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure our sales team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure it is easily accessible and well-organized.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure they are working together effectively.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure our sales team is meeting their targets and identify areas for improvement.
