Job Title: IT Integration Specialist

Accoravillage is seeking an IT Integration Specialist to join our team. As an IT Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and high-quality integrations connecting data, applications, and third parties that support business processes and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, maintain, and evolve integration processes to enhance company services and improve performance and efficiency.
  • Partner with delivery teams to design, develop, and maintain integrations.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 integration support.
  • Determine, conduct, and automate integration tests, load tests, and performance tests.
  • Prepare and manage technical documentation and self-service resources on integrations.
  • Proactively monitor integration performance and troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues to impacted teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support on implemented solutions, as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of integration design and development processes.
  • Demonstrable experience in data integration and workflow scripting.
  • Proficiency with data modeling, ETL mapping process, manipulation, and distribution between applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in relevant coding languages (e.g. Java, C++, ReactJS, Python, SQL).
  • Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, or equivalent applied experience.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in software development.
  • Certification in Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), is an asset.
  • Certification in Integration Platforms (MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Boomi, Informatica, WebMethods), is an asset.
