Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret plans, bids, and contract documents
  • Participate in project cost estimation and bid preparation
  • Request prices from suppliers as needed
  • Communicate and negotiate with contractors
  • Design and implement signaling plans
  • Oversee project implementation, execution, and closure
  • Conduct site visits
  • Prepare project performance reports (budget, cost, schedule, scope, risks, and issues)
  • Process client invoices
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage complaints
  • Act as a resource person for various stakeholders and services related to projects
  • Participate in business development and prospecting for new contracts

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in signaling
  • Project management experience (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Tome V (an asset)
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Professional communication skills, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Autonomy
  • Attention to detail and rigor
