Job Title: Senior Culinary Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Artist to join our team at Tenkuu Japanese & Vietnamese Kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes that showcase our culinary expertise.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week, with opportunities for career growth and development. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cook dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
