Job Title: Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at ALL PROPERTY FIX. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a secure and safe environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, outdoors, office building, commercial building.
  • Work Setting: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, physically demanding.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, team player.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
