**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Highwayman Pub South Surrey. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing a positive and friendly guest experience, taking beverage orders, serving drinks, and maintaining a well-stocked bar.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Take beverage orders from customers or servers and serve drinks as requested.
  • Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, and glassware.
  • Clean, restock, and sanitize equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Navigate and operate the POS System.
  • Contribute to the team in living the corporate Values of **Integrity, Community, and Excellence**.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**

  • Previous bartending experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge and appreciation for beer and wine pairings is an asset.
  • Valid Serving it Right Certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to a SAFE working environment.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to be considered.
  • This position is based out of the Highwayman Pub South Surrey, though it may require occasional travel and work at other locations as business needs arise.
  • Preferred candidates will have open availability and be able to work a variety of shifts 7 days a week.
