Job Summary

Bath Brothers Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform store operations decisions.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
What We Offer
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
